Conflux Festival, a production of Glowlab Productions LLC, ["Conflux"] is aware of and respects the privacy concerns of its visitors. It is Conflux’s policy that any and all information in any way collected at this site will not be sold, rented, leased or loaned. Information may be disclosed however, if Conflux is required to do so by law or has a good faith belief in such requirement. A more detailed explanation of how we safeguard your personal information is described below.
Resale of information to third parties:
Conflux does not sell, rent, loan, trade or lease any personal information collected via its site, including submission forms and emails.
Disclosure when required by law:

Removal of user information:
At any time, the user may request removal the user’s records and information from Conflux’s database. The user will receive a confirmation email when the user’s data has been erased from Conflux’s database.
In submitting [if your submission is used] and/or posting on or to Conflux’s site you agree to permit Conflux to use all or part of your submission or post within its site, and for any uses or adaptations related to its site, without obtaining any further permissions from you. You further agree to permit Conflux to extend any such permission to third parties. Conflux reserves the right to remove all or part of any user posting or submission that violate the TOS or is otherwise objectionable.
Ad serving:
No user information maintained by Conflux is shared with any advertising partner or technology provider.
Changes in the privacy policy:
Conflux reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time. A change of any kind will be accompanied by a posting to this site explaining the change.

It is the policy of Conflux, upon proper written notice, to immediately disable access to any material that is in violation of another’s copyright protection. Conflux may, in its discretion, terminate access of any user and/or submitter who is repeatedly accused of infringing copyright protections.
