ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
Glowlab Productions LLC ["Glowlab"] provides its services to you subject
to the following Terms of Service ["TOS"]. Your use of Glowlab represents
your acknowledgement of and agreement to the TOS. The TOS may be updated by us
without advance notice to you. You can review the most current version of the TOS

Privacy Policy:
Glowlab does not sell, rent, loan, trade or lease any personal information
collected our site, including membership forms or email lists. Certain information
may be disclosed however, if Glowlab is required to do so by law or has a good

General Terms:
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Glowlab is not the provider of any images or
information provided on our site, and we make no representations or guarantees
regarding copyright ownership, any right to exercise copyright rights, veracity,

In submitting and/or posting to Glowlab you agree to permit Glowlab to use all or
part of your post within our site, and/or for any uses or adaptations related to
our site. You further agree to permit Glowlab to extend any such permission to
third parties. Glowlab reserves the right remove all or part of any submission,
posting, or accounts, that violate the TOS or is otherwise objectionable.

- to represent and warrant that any material you post is not defamatory, infringing, obscene or otherwise unlawful and that you have the right to post any material you supply. Glowlab may, in appropriate circumstances and in its sole discretion, terminate the accounts of users that infringe or otherwise violate such rights of others. Glowlab reserves the right to remove any postings or retract any submissions for any or no reason;
- to not post third-party links which use trademarks of Glowlab or otherwise could cause confusion, wrongfully imply and endorsement of goods and services, or contain defamatory, obscene or illegal material;
- Glowlab is permitted to use, reproduce, transmit, store and display any user-supplied content [including works submitted] for any purpose in any and all media;
- that, in accordance with our Privacy Policy Glowlab may disclose individual account or user information in cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating the TOS or may be causing injury to or interference with [either intentionally or unintentionally] Glowlab rights or property, other Glowlab users or submitters, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. Glowlab may disclose or access account information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or to enforce the TOS, to respond to claims that any materials violate the rights of third parties, and for administrative and other purposes that we deem necessary to maintain, service, and improve our products and services.

infringed, or whose intellectual property rights have otherwise been violated,
